В “I Caruggi” в сердце Диано сан Пьетро вы можете заказать замечательное меню (здесь тоже паста собственного приготовления). Отсюда никто не уйдёт голодным домой.
В "PaoloeMaria" можно заказать лигурийские деликатесы по меню. Следует заказывать или первые или вторые блюда (иначе будет слишком много). Замечательная лигурийская кухня, всё приготовлено с любовью.

Fish
Laterna Blu is situated in the harbour at Imperia Porto Maurizio. This is the place to come to if you are looking for something very special, with its excellant food and superb wine cellar Laterna Blu is expensive but it the best restaurant in Imperia. An unforgettable culinary experience.
La Beppa is an excellant fish restaurant in Imperia Oneglia and is also in the higher price category.
Braccio Forte, a very good fish restaurant in Imperia Oneglia with moderate prices.
Ristorante Capo Berta, a good fish restaurant with reasonable prices and large portions.
Game and rabbit:
La Campagnola located above Diano San Pietro. Here the complete menus are very good the emphasis being on meat, the rabbit here is superb.
Pasta
The best pasta restaurant in the region is “Maccaroni” in Diano Marina beside the church opposite the Piazza/Cafe Roma. The pasta is “al dente”, the sauces delicious and the portions enough for 3 people.
For that in-between snack there are also good Italian pizza and hamburger fast food restaurants in Diano Marina.
Ligurian specialities:
The quality and taste of real Ligurian olive oil is unbeatable. However, one should be careful when buying. It is not necessarily the case that every bottle of Ligurian olive oil contains Ligurian oil. Our recommendation when buying is that you don`t buy your oil in a supermarket or from a larger producer. The best oil comes from the local farmers e.g. from Belmonte Giobatta in Gazzelli(ecologically produced), L’Ulivo di Sempre in Torria (a wonderful oil with a very mild taste) or at Natalino Trinkeri in Dolcedo/Bellissimi.
A rule of thumb when buying is that the higher (elevation) the olive tree is planted the better the taste.
Pickled olives:,
Pesto made with basil is a Ligurian speciality which is meanwhile known and popular throughout the world. The taste of pesto can only be fully appreciated when it is prepared fresh after an original Genoan recipe.
Wine
The really good wines are mainly produced in Piemont but one can also find the odd good drop in Liguria. Good wine is to be found in Gazzellinear “La Rocca di San Nicolai” or in the area around Dolceaqua.
